Double Joy is a private property with a total of 5 rooms, divided into 2 independent apartments on the ground floor and 1st floor, designated as T3 and T2. Completely independent, they share the same leisure space, swimming pool, barbecue, and green spaces.
Double Joy is ideal for large families who want to vacation together while maintaining their privacy.
On the ground-floor apartment you will find:
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- A living room;
- Three bedrooms: 1 bedroom with two single beds and 2 bedrooms with double beds;
- Two full bathrooms.
On the first-floor apartment you will find:
- A fully equipped kitchenette;
- A living room;
- Two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds;
- Two bathrooms;
- A balcony with a dining area.
Located in Montechoro – Albufeira, 5 minutes from the center, the beaches, and the main services, restaurants, and bars.
Accommodation Rules:
- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;
- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;
- Parties or events are not allowed;
- To check in, all guests must be 30 years of age or older, except for families with children;
- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;
- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;
- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;
- A security deposit of €500 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;
- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;
- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.
